Q. What is your shipping policy?
A. We provide free shipping for orders totaling $125 or more, taxes not included.
Q. How can I check the status of my order?
A. Once your order has been placed you will receive a tracking number via email. If you have any additional questions, please contact customer support at:firstname.lastname@example.org
Q. When will my order be shipped?
A. Orders will be shipped within 1-2 days of your order being placed.
Q. How do I return my order?
A. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Q. How do I know what Size would fit me?
A. Our default sizing is American sizing. We source our products from several producers around Africa and India – so they vary slightly. We, therefore, provide as much information as possible about the sizes of our products so that you won’t be disappointed when you receive them in the mail (we really don’t like a disappointed customer). So please make sure you compare the measurements before you confirm your order with us!
